How do you ensure the freshness of your snacks during shipping?

We take great pride in our quality control. All orders are packed in sturdy, corrugated boxes to prevent breakage, and we use real-time inventory management to ensure that only the freshest batches are shipped from our facility to your door.

Are Utz products gluten-free?

Many of our products, including our classic potato chips, are naturally gluten-free. However, some seasoned varieties and pretzels contain wheat. We recommend checking the allergen statement and ingredients list on the specific product page or packaging before consumption.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes at this time.
